 Terms and Conditions of Service - Only FOUR passengers can be carried in any one vehicle at any time although additional trips can be arranged if necessary at an additional cost .
- The journeys that will be under taken are those listed on the booking form ONLY.
- Any other journey that may be required should be requested at least three weeks prior to the wedding date and may be subject to an additional charge.
- Our cars are regularly serviced and maintained. However, in the unlikely event of a mechanical breakdown we will provide alternative transport.
- A non-refundable deposit of £100 per car is required with every booking.
- We will write to you approximately six weeks before the agreed wedding date to clarify all arrangements and to answer any questions you may have.
- The balance of the total cost is payable 30 days before the agreed wedding date. If you cancel this booking within six weeks of the agreed date there will be a cancellation charge of 50% of the total amount payable.
- Nostalgic Carriages carry a strict No Smoking policy within the Vehicle.
- Nostalgic Carriages do not take responsibility for loss or damage of the hirer's property.
- Nostalgic Carriages do not take any responsibility for the Weather Conditions on the day of the booking.
- Only Drinks supplied by Nostalgic Carriages may be consumed in the vehicle unless a prior arrangement has been made.
- Nostalgic Carriages may occasionally use your photographs for external marketing.
- Nostalgic Carriages have the right to refuse entry to the vehicle if deemed that the client is unfit to travel for any reason. In the event of this occurring no refund will be rewarded.
